Daily Spirituality

The Daily Office is an acient tradition that appoints a specific set of prayers and readings for each day: one for mornings and one for evenings. If you feel the call to a disciplined liturgy daily or just occasionally, you'll find a useful form of prayer here. 

This short service is from the Episcopal Book of Common Prayer, and here each new service, curated twice daily for Morning and Evening, is illustrated by art and video that spur a little contemplation.
