VISIONS OF GRACE
"Our art is who we are and where we've been, each piece part and parcel of our faith displayed.” Dan Conaway
People are fascinated by both images and symbols, and Grace-St. Luke’s is overflowing with both. This video is based on the tour given from time-to-time by parishioner, Dan Conaway, detailing the symbols in the art of Grace-St. Luke's. This will be brand new information to people who have just walked in our doors - and even to many of us who have been here for decades, another way to explore our beautiful worship space. Dan narrates, and Memphis filmmaker Willy Bearden was the photographer and editor.

"FOR WHERE TWO OR THREE ARE GATHERED IN MY NAME, I AM THERE AMONG THEM."
Throughout the Gospels, Jesus calls us to worship in community.
The essence of human life is community, and without it, we can lose touch. So it is as we worship. Individual study, meditation, and other spritual efforts don't challenge and inspire and nurture in the way that community worship does. For us, sprituality and worship go hand-in-hand... at times complementary of each other; at times indistinguishable from one another.
At Grace-St. Luke's, community is a vitally important part of Christian formation.
You may be a "spiritual" person. You may be a "religious" person. You may be well-versed in Scripture, theology, and catechism. You may be too busy to think about it all that much. You may be all of these or none of these. No matter what foundation you bring to the table, we know that practicing Faith in community can be transformative.
Visitors and parishioners: We encourage you to experience the vibrant, challenging, engaging, and nourishing impact of regular faith community.
