Fall Soccer: JK-4th Grade
JK- 4th Grade Soccer Registration is May 1-31, 2012. Please register for soccer on the GSL Online Registration Link (below).
Teams: Kinders- JK/SK
Pee Wee- 1st/2nd grades
Bantam- 3rd/4th grades
Mandatory Soccer Assessments: We will have skills assessments for 1-4th grades in order to properly balance teams. This is NOT a tryout! The Soccer Assessment date is July 28, 2012 and will be held at the GSL Field.
Fall Soccer: 5th-8th Grade
5th-8th Grade Soccer Registration is a two-part process. Both parts must be completed in order to be registered.
* 1st part: Register for 5-8th grade soccer on the Online Registration Link (on this page). Registration deadline is May 31, 2012.
* 2nd part: Register on the Soccer Ole' League's website at www.soccerole.org. Also, on this site you will find more info. about GSL middle school teams and the Soccer Ole' League.
Soccer Ole' League Cost is $195 and includes uniforms. There is a $50 uniform deduction fee if your child participates in two seasons.
Soccer Ole' registration is July 1-September 2, 2012.
Football:
Tackle Football: 3rd & 4th Grade
3rd and 4th Grade Tackle Football Registration is a two-part process: BOTH PARTS MUST BE COMPLETED IN ORDER TO BE REGISTERED.
*1st part: Register for tackle football on the GSL Fall Sports Online Registration link, which is on this page, (choose the $81 option). GSL online registration deadline is May 31, 2012.
*2nd part: Register on the Crosscheck Football League website at www.crosschecksports.com.
When registering on the Crosscheck website, please choose the options: pictures- $13, Jersey- $43, and registration fee-$70- totaling $126.
In addition to registering- 3 Forms MUST be submitted to the Church Athletic Director. You may also recieve #2 and #3 forms from Coach Jon Lakey and the GSL Church Athletic Director.
1. Copy of child’s birth certificate- (I have a copy of your child's B.C. if he played GSL 3rd/4th tackle football last year)
2. Medical Examination Form signed by a physician (the TSSAA form is found on the Crosscheck online registration)
3. Medical Treatment Authorization & Liability Form- (Crosscheck online form under Appendix K)
Crosscheck online registration & forms deadline is June 1, 2012.
* players furnish their own NOCSAE shoulder pads, helmet & white football pants.
Flag Football: 1st & 2nd Grade
* Players furnish their own mouthpiece. Jerseys and shorts will be provided. Registration Deadline is May 31, 2012.

*GSL Church provides middle school soccer in the Soccer Ole' League.
The tackle football season begins in late August and ends in mid- October (it is for 3rd and 4th grade ONLY) Football clinics may be held in the spring and summer. Participants are responsible for purchasing their own football equipment.
