Pilates Fitness

with Instructor Traci Moore

Pilates dramatically transforms the way your body looks, feels and performs. It builds strengh without excess bulk, creating a sleek toned body with slender things and a flat abdomen. It teaches body awareness, good posture and easy graceful movement. Pilates improves flexibility, stamina and can help decrease back, neck and joint pain. Reclaim your body with Pilates!

$10 a class or 10 classes for $80 (first class is free)

Seniorfitness

Senior Fitness

with Instructor Beth Claybrook 

Stop in one Friday and join our active Senior Fitness Class for stretching, light weights, yoga, dynobands, Tai Chi and light aerobics.  

Classes cost $1 each

Weight Watchers

Mondays, 12:00 p.m.

Weight Watchers is a weight-loss program built on the belief that attending weekly meetings helps particiapnts stay focused on losing weight and keeping it off. The meeting experience is invaluable, and offers the encouragement from others that helps with motivation.
