The annual Grace St. Luke's women’s retreat at St. Columba will be from dinner Friday evening, February 23, until noon Sunday, February 25. The Rev. Amy George, curate at Grace St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, will again be our wise and witty guide as we consider “home.” Where is it? What is it? Who is it? This concept resonates deeply as we all yearn in different ways for the essence of “home.”
The women’s retreat provides the opportunity to join with a diverse group of women to deepen old friendships and develop new ones. The group enjoys the peace and beauty of St. Columba with rooms, meals and group activities taking place in the lodge. Participants have the opportunity to participate in group activities such as guided spiritual development opportunities, yoga, walks, games, sitting by the fire as well as plenty of time and space for naps, reading, meditation, socializing and handwork.
Who’s invited? All are invited. Feel free to invite friends and family – many women have used this opportunity to bring friends or family to share this experience.
